At Lodge Cast Iron, we stand behind the quality of our American-made cookware and offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly through our website. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused cookware in its original box and include a copy of the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
